Here is a tasty recipe for The Pernod Demon, with Pernod licorice liqueur, Tabasco sauce, sugar and lemon.

  • 1 1/2 oz Pernod licorice liqueur
  • 1 lemon wedge
  • 6 dashes Tabasco sauce
  • sugar

Coat the lemon wedge with sugar, and douse with tabasco sauce.
Suck the lemon, and shoot the pernod.

Serve in a Shot Glass.

This is a delectable recipe for Big Time, with cognac and Pernod licorice liqueur.

  • 3/4 oz Pernod licorice liqueur
  • 3/4 oz cognac

Mix in a shot glass and enjoy.

Serve in a Shot Glass.

Snake Bite Bites Back recipe

Here is a heavenly recipe for Snake Bite Bites Back, with lager, cider, Pernod licorice liqueur and creme de cassis.

  • 1 oz creme de cassis
  • 1/3 pint cider
  • 1/3 pint lager
  • 2 oz Pernod licorice liqueur

Pour lager and cider (otherwise known as a Snake Bite) into a pint glass, and stir.
Seperately prepare a Double Pernod and Black (Pernod and Creme de Cassis blackcurrant liqueur) in a 3 oz tall shot glass.
Drop the shot glass into the pint glass, and serve.

Serve in a Beer Mug.
